About me
Pioneer Research in Solid State Positronic, Weyl Fermions Devices and advanced semiconductor laser - In Process.
Doing reasearch on semiconductor opto-electronic devices for next generation laser.
Key Achievements
- Joint-research with MBE reactor research team lead by Prof. Valentin Jmerik at Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute: UVC-emitters towards UV advanced lasers technology & AlN with monolayer-thick GaN quantum wells.
- Expert in manufacturing Blue/Green InGaN-based lasers.
- Trained/Worked on metal organic vapor deposition (MOCVD Reactor) growth of visible wavelength laser
diodes (LDs) epitaxy at UCSB, Nakamura’s laboratory. - Developed/implemented new procedures for fabrication technologies of Semi-Polar (20-21) GaN flip-chip
edge emitting lasers structures. - Demonstrated 1st generation green semi-polar (20-21) FC-LD novel fabrication technologies development.
- Participated/Assisted in the MOCVD maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Laser Devices Simulation using such as FIMMWave Software, Material Growth of IIINitrides, Fabrication, Processing, and Characterization.
- Studied/Learned under supervision of KACST-UCSB committee in charge: Professors Steven P. DenBaars (Co-Chair), Shuji Nakamura (Co-Chair) – Nobel Laureate in Physics 2014, James S. Speck, and Ahmed Alyamani.
- Gained a brilliant base of experience on Nanofabrication from working and studying under the supervision of Professors Yavuz and Cui.

Joint-research on MBE reactor research at Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute 2023- In progress
Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute very well-know for Father of the semiconductor laser whose research changed the modern world [1]: Professors Zhores Ivanovich Alferov (2000 Nobel Prize in Physics for the development of modern heterostructure physics/electronics) & Oleg Vladimirovich Losev, who realized the light emitter.[2].
